At ChariTable Vienna, we believe that the strength of our city lies in the stability of its people. Our mission has always been to turn the joy of world-class dining into tangible social impact. For our 2026 season, we have selected two partners that represent the full spectrum of a thriving life: Grow Together and Springboard.

While their focus differs—one protecting the start of life and the other empowering the start of a career—both organizations share the ChariTable DNA: they provide the intensive, relationship-based support needed to break cycles of disadvantage and ensure no one in Austria is left behind.

Grow Together: Protecting the Start of Life

​

The Foundation: ChariTable Vienna supports Grow Together because they secure the very beginning of the human journey. Since 2012, they have worked with families facing extreme stress (poverty, trauma, or addiction) to ensure newborns grow up safely with their parents.

• The Impact: By intervening during the critical first three years, they break transgenerational trauma.

• The Credibility: Their model is scientifically proven: every €1 invested generates €22 in social value, making it one of the most effective interventions we have ever supported.

Springboard: Empowering the Next Generation

​

The Future: Once a foundation is laid, young adults need a "springboard" to leap into independence. Founded in 2015 and winner of the Austrian Integration Prize 2025, Springboard is a leader in professional integration.

• The Mission: They provide the coaching and mentoring that disadvantaged young adults need to navigate the path to sustainable careers.

• The ChariTable Focus: Your participation specifically funds girls and young women in precarious situations, providing the educational resources and mentorship they need to achieve financial independence.
