Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for great food and even greater causes? ChariTable Vienna is looking for a dedicated Volunteer Event Roaming Photographer to capture the energy, flavors, and smiles of our flagship event on March 12, 2026.

What is ChariTable Vienna?

We are a 100% volunteer-based, non-profit organization registered in Vienna, inspired by the "Chi Fan For Charity" model. Our mission is to bring people together to do good. Once a year, we organize a charity gala dinner and after-party where guests purchase tables, and selected Vienna restaurants generously donate the food and drinks. The proceeds go to local and international charity projects, all under our cause of Good Food, Good Times, Good Causes.

Your Mission: Capture the Night 

As our Event Roaming Photographer, you’ll be the eyes of the event, moving through the heart of the city to document the magic as it happens.

• Restaurant Hop: Visit 3–5 participating restaurants in Vienna’s city center during the dinner service.

• The Vibe: Capture high-quality shots of beautifully plated dishes, the warm atmosphere of the restaurants, and the joy of guests dining for a cause.

• The After-Party (Optional): Join us at our exclusive after-party venue to snap the networking, the tombola excitement, and the community coming together to celebrate our impact.

Your Profile

• Based in Vienna: You know your way around the 1st district (and its best lighting).

• Creative Eye: Proven experience in event or food photography (amateurs with a great eye and professional gear are welcome!).

• Social & Independent: Comfortable navigating between venues and interacting briefly with guests to get that perfect shot.

• Passionate: You care about making a difference in the Vienna community.

• Fluency in English and German.
