Since 2023, Cucina Itameshi has been blending Italian and Japanese cuisine. Eduard and Nicole Dimant, together with Sandra Jedliczka and Tobias Müller, draw inspiration from classics of both culinary traditions and create new flavor experiences from just a few select components. Italian-inspired dishes with a Japanese twist are designed for sharing. At the heart of the restaurant is an open fire pit, with a focus on fish, meat, and seasonal vegetables. Italian natural wines, outdoor seating, and an easy-listening bar complete the concept.
